The financial and health costs of a smoking addiction makes the decision to continue on one you cant really argue for in any sense except for the fact that as a smoker this is a habit that you relish.
After I made my list I hung this list up on my shower mirror and also on my bedroom door. I wanted each day to see my motivation for changing my behavior this aided considerably since quitting smoking is a decision one has to establish day by day. As soon as you stop smoking you have to presume there will be times when you will error but in the times past that I backslid, I just accepted failure and started smoking full steam ahead. Your clothes do not stink of smoke your hair does not reek of smoke and you can better enjoy the food you eat.
